The modern world is obsessed with the subject of wealth, but simultaneously completely confused about it. Economics is supposed to be concerned with the subject, but it actually has very little to say on the subject.

For us, these are not theoretical questions. They are questions that can only be answered by conducting real-world experiments in wealth creation, and by creating & adopting sets of tools that can be freely distributed to anyone who finds them helpful in answering these questions in their own lives.

What is the Mental Gymnasium?

In ancient Greece, the gymnasium was the place to go for physical exercise. We are all vaguely aware of that. The original Greek word meant "place to be naked", because the Greeks always exercised in the nude.

What I had not realised until recently is that the gymnasium branched out very early to become a place where the art & science of medicine was carried out, and, as an extension of it's use as a place to engage in debate, the mental exercise of philosophy.

So the Mental Gymnasium forum is dedicated to naked, mental exercise. It is a place to consider hard questions, to exercise the mind in unexpected ways, and therefore to increase the flexibility of our minds.
